The Homes and Communities Agency and Bradford Council are working together for a means of securing a commercially viable outcome for the site that meets the regeneration objectives of the Council and the people of Bradford.

The City Park is a six-acre park featuring the largest city centre water feature in the UK. The Park brings high quality public realm to Bradford city centre. It is a flexible space for people of all ages to enjoy. Completed March 2012

Developers McAleer & Rushe have completed this exciting mixed use scheme. The project has provided Provident & Financial with new headquarter offices and also includes a 3 Star Jurys Inn Hotel.

Learning Quarter

Learning Quarter

The Learning Quarter Delivery Plan seeks to bring together a number of exciting developments which include those being progressed by Bradford’s Higher Education institutions along with developers active in that area of the city centre.

Improvements to Bradford’s Heritage Streets. Bradford Council has developed a programme of works that links existing and planned developments and open spaces in the city. This cohesive network will make the city more attractive to retailers, developers and visitors.

The World Mile seeks to celebrate and promote the cosmopolitan nature of Bradford along a linear corridor running north-west from the city centre. It is a central component of Bradford Councils aspirations for the renewal of Bradford city centre and has great potential to raise the profile of Bradford as a national and international destination.
